Update to Plant Protection Policy Directives

The following directives have been revised:

Directive D-08-04 "Plant Protection Import Requirements for Plants and Plant Parts for Planting: Preventing the Entry and Spread of Regulated Plant Pests Associated with the Plants for Planting Pathway": http://www.inspection.gc.ca/english/plaveg/protect/dir/d-08-04e.shtml

Directive D-08-01 "Pilot Certification Program for Heat-Treated/Dehydrated Shredded or Chopped Forage Products Of or Containing Hessian Fly Host Material Produced in Canada for Export to Japan": http://www.inspection.gc.ca/english/plaveg/protect/dir/d-08-01e.shtml - This directive has been revised to update the review date, as well as minor administrative changes. The content of this directive has not changed.
